Art of Shifting and Allowing Short

Take your recovery to the next level

You already know the basics — now it’s time to unlock the missing pieces of your healing journey!

(You’re reading the shorter version of this page. Longer version is here.)

Hi there! I’m Andreya Zitnik and I would like to show you how I recovered from 15 years of CFS.

I’m guessing you’ve already done a recovery program. It helped some, and yet you still have a way to go. Maybe you’re feeling stuck, or wondering if you’re missing something. Maybe just want really good company and  support for the rest of your healing journey. You’re in the right place, my friend 🤗 This is where magic happens ✨

The Art of Shifting & Allowing is a 10-week immersive program to help you shift your states and symptoms with more confidence and ease, while allowing them to be there.

It sounds like a paradox, but it’s actually really powerful 💪

Please note: This cohort is full

In a nutshell, the “Core” track deals mainly with Allowing-based practices in order to create shifts, whereas “Deep Dive” track focuses on both Shifting and Allowing in equal measures.

Core has one call per week, whereas Deep Dive has two calls per week.

Core works mainly with states, whereas Deep Dive works with both states and symptoms.

Time matters

When does the course start?

Welcome Week starts on Monday, April 28th.

This is the day on which the course portal will open so that you can look through Welcome resources and we will have a Welcome Call on Thursday, May 1st.

Workshops start on Tuesday, May 6th.

Enrollment will be open until the beginning of workshops, May 6th.

All sessions will be at 6pm Central European Time / 5pm UK time / 9am West Coast USA / noon East Coast USA. Sessions will be recorded, so you can also attend the course by watching recordings and sending me any questions you might have.

Workshops will be on Tuesdays and Coaching Group Calls will be on Thursdays.

Those who are taking the Deep Dive Track will have access to both calls every week.

Core Track will be having calls once per week for 10 weeks + Welcome Call. Workshops will be on Tuesdays and Group Coaching Calls will be on Thursdays.

We will have a Welcome Call on Thursday, May 1st.

The first workshop will be on Tuesday, May 6th. From there on, Core Track will be having workshops every other week. On weeks when Core Track won’t be having a workshop, there will be a Coaching Group Call on Thursdays. The last call will be on Thursday, July 10th.

Like this:

  • Welcome week – call on Thursday
  • Week 1: Workshop on Tuesday
  • Week 2: Coaching Group Call on Thursday
  • Week 3: Workshop on Tuesday
  • Week 4: Coaching Group Call on Thursday
  • And so on until Thursday, July 10th.

Deep Dive Track will be having Welcome Call, followed by calls twice per week for 10 weeks. Workshops will be on Tuesdays and Group Coaching Calls will be on Thursdays.

We will have a Welcome Call on Thursday, May 1st.

The first workshop will be on Tuesday, May 6th. First Coaching Group Call will be on Thursday, May 8th. From then on there will be workshops and group calls every Tuesday and Thursday. The last call will be on Thursday, July 10th.

For best results I recommend dedicating 30 minutes per day for Core Track and 1 hour per day for Deep Dive Track – learning, integrating, experimenting. Some people find it helpful to take weekends off, while others find that disregulation increases if they do that. I was among those that needed to stay consistent every single day.

The calls will take 1 hour per week for Core Track and 2 hours per week (total) for Deep Dive Track.

You will have access to the course content until May 1st 2026.
